LOOL ("chúng tôi") cung cấp nền tảng quản lý và tham gia giải đấu thể thao tại lool.vn và ứng dụng di động LOOL. Chính sách này giải thích cách chúng tôi thu thập, sử dụng và bảo vệ thông tin của bạn.

Các ứng dụng LOOL (vn.lool.app) và LOOL Cam (vn.lool.cam) do HUỲNH VIỆT PHƯƠNG phát hành và chịu trách nhiệm về dữ liệu nêu trong chính sách này.

• Số điện thoại — dùng để xác thực danh tính qua OTP và liên lạc khi cần
• Tên hiển thị — tên bạn đặt cho tài khoản LOOL
• Thông tin đăng ký giải — họ tên, handicap golf (nếu tham dự giải golf)
• Push notification token — để gửi thông báo giải đấu đến thiết bị
• Dữ liệu sử dụng — màn hình đã xem, thao tác trong app (không bao gồm nội dung cá nhân)

• Xác thực tài khoản và đăng nhập an toàn
• Quản lý đăng ký và kết quả thi đấu
• Gửi thông báo liên quan đến giải đấu bạn tham gia
• Hiển thị bảng xếp hạng và kết quả công khai
• Cải thiện trải nghiệm ứng dụng

Chúng tôi không bán thông tin cá nhân của bạn. Chúng tôi chỉ chia sẻ với:

• Ban tổ chức giải — tên và thông tin đăng ký cần thiết để điều hành giải
• Dịch vụ cơ sở dữ liệu — lưu trữ và xác thực dữ liệu (hạ tầng máy chủ đặt tại Việt Nam)
• Dịch vụ gửi thông báo — gửi thông báo đẩy đến thiết bị của bạn
• Dịch vụ phát video trực tiếp — nếu bạn dùng tính năng xem trực tiếp

Dữ liệu được mã hóa khi truyền tải (HTTPS/TLS) và lưu trữ trên hạ tầng máy chủ bảo mật. Số điện thoại được xác thực qua OTP một lần và không được lưu dưới dạng plaintext trong log.

• Truy cập — yêu cầu xem dữ liệu chúng tôi lưu về bạn
• Xóa tài khoản — yêu cầu xóa tất cả dữ liệu cá nhân
• Tắt thông báo — trong phần Cài đặt của ứng dụng hoặc cài đặt thiết bị

Để thực hiện các quyền trên, gửi thư tới support@lool.vn hoặc dùng form hỗ trợ.

LOOL không thu thập thông tin của trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi một cách có chủ đích. Nếu bạn phát hiện tài khoản trẻ em, vui lòng liên hệ chúng tôi để xử lý.

Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách này theo thời gian. Thay đổi quan trọng sẽ được thông báo qua ứng dụng. Việc tiếp tục sử dụng sau ngày thay đổi đồng nghĩa bạn chấp nhận chính sách mới.

Ứng dụng LOOL Cam (app camera riêng biệt, mã gói vn.lool.cam) thu thập thêm các dữ liệu sau:

• Camera — truy cập camera để phát trực tiếp hình ảnh thi đấu lên server của ban tổ chức giải
• Microphone — thu âm thanh kèm theo video stream trong quá trình phát trực tiếp
• Device ID — mã định danh thiết bị (UUID) được tạo một lần và lưu trên máy, dùng để ban tổ chức giao nhiệm vụ sân quay cho thiết bị
• Thông báo trên máy — LOOL Cam hiển thị một thông báo thường trú "đang quay" khi ứng dụng chạy nền. Đây là yêu cầu bắt buộc của Android đối với ứng dụng dùng camera ở chế độ nền; thông báo này không phải quảng cáo và không gửi dữ liệu đi đâu

Quan trọng — Về video streaming:

LOOL Cam chỉ truyền video từ thiết bị lên server của ban tổ chức giải đấu để phát trực tiếp. App không lưu, không tải xuống (download), và không phân phối video của bất kỳ bên thứ ba nào. Toàn bộ nội dung stream thuộc quyền sở hữu của ban tổ chức giải đã thiết lập thiết bị.

Khi bạn gửi form Nhận tư vấn trên website LOOL (dành cho chủ sân/CLB, ban tổ chức giải), chúng tôi thu thập:

• Họ tên
• Số điện thoại
• Môn thể thao
• Số sân
• Thành phố
• Nhu cầu — nội dung bạn muốn được tư vấn

Dữ liệu này dùng để liên hệ tư vấn dịch vụ — không dùng cho mục đích nào khác. Để chỉnh sửa hoặc xóa thông tin đã gửi, vui lòng liên hệ: support@lool.vn

Chúng tôi giữ dữ liệu của bạn trong thời gian tài khoản còn hoạt động, để bạn tra lại lịch sử thi đấu và để ban tổ chức đối chiếu kết quả các giải đã diễn ra.

• Yêu cầu xóa — gửi thư tới support@lool.vn kèm số điện thoại của tài khoản. Chúng tôi xóa dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn khỏi hệ thống.
• Thứ được giữ lại sau khi xóa — kết quả thi đấu đã công bố của các giải (tên đội, tỷ số) vẫn nằm trong hồ sơ giải, vì đó là kết quả chung của giải chứ không riêng một người.
• Dữ liệu form tư vấn — xóa theo yêu cầu, xem mục 11.

Bạn cũng có thể yêu cầu xem toàn bộ dữ liệu chúng tôi đang lưu về bạn (mục 6).

LOOL ("we", "us") operates a platform for organising and joining sports tournaments at lool.vn and through the LOOL mobile applications. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

The LOOL (vn.lool.app) and LOOL Cam (vn.lool.cam) applications are published by HUỲNH VIỆT PHƯƠNG, who is the party responsible for the data described in this policy.

• Phone number — used to verify your identity by one-time password (OTP) and to contact you when needed
• Display name — the name you choose for your LOOL account
• Tournament registration details — full name, and golf handicap if you enter a golf tournament
• Push notification token — used to send tournament notifications to your device
• Usage data — screens viewed and actions taken inside the app (no personal content)

• Authenticating your account and keeping sign-in secure
• Managing registrations and match results
• Sending notifications about tournaments you take part in
• Publishing standings and public results
• Improving the application

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Tournament organisers — your name and the registration details they need to run the event
• Database service — data storage and authentication (servers located in Vietnam)
• Notification service — delivering push notifications to your device
• Live video service — only if you use the live viewing feature

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and stored on secured server infrastructure. Phone numbers are verified with a one-time password and are never written to logs in plain text.

• Account deletion — ask us to delete all of your personal data
• Turn off notifications — in the app settings or in your device settings

To exercise any of these rights, email support@lool.vn or use our support form.

LOOL does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use LOOL after the effective date means you accept the updated policy.

LOOL Cam (a separate camera app, package vn.lool.cam) collects the following additional data:

• Camera — camera access is used to stream live match footage to the tournament organiser's server
• Microphone — audio is captured together with the video stream while streaming
• Device ID — a device identifier (UUID) generated once and stored on the device, so the organiser can assign a court to that device
• On-device notification — LOOL Cam shows a persistent "recording" notification while the app runs in the background. This is required by Android for apps that use the camera in a foreground service; it is not advertising and it sends no data anywhere

Important — about video streaming:

LOOL Cam only sends video from the device to the organiser's server for live broadcast. The app does not store, download, or redistribute video belonging to any third party. All streamed content belongs to the tournament organiser who set up the device.

When you submit the Request a consultation form on the LOOL website (intended for venue owners, clubs and tournament organisers), we collect:

• Full name
• Phone number
• Sport
• Number of courts
• City
• Your request — what you would like advice on

This data is used solely to contact you about our services and for no other purpose. To correct or delete what you submitted, email support@lool.vn

We keep your data for as long as your account remains active, so that you can look back at your match history and so organisers can reconcile the results of past events.

• Requesting deletion — email support@lool.vn with the phone number of the account. We will delete your personal data from our systems.
• What remains after deletion — published match results (team names and scores) stay in the tournament record, because they are the shared result of the event rather than the data of one individual.
• Consultation form data — deleted on request, see section 11.
